How do you make your candles?
Each candle is poured by hand in our studio in East Nashville, TN. We carefully blend each custom scent, pour by hand into one of our signature amber jars, then apply the label with care. 

What kind of wax do you use?
We use a blended soy wax. A small amount of paraffin is used for a scent with more range - we find that it ensures a clean burn with a strong scent. Our wicks are natural cotton, lead and zinc free. We use fragrance oils that are specifically made for use in candles, phthalate-free.

How long will my candle burn?
Our 9oz candles provide approximately 40 hours of burn time.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, always with USPS Priority Mail Shipping - you can expect to receive your order within two to three days once it's shipped! If you need your order sooner, please contact us at info@nashvillecandlecompany.us. We're always open to exploring expedited options. 

I'd like to send a candle as a gift. Can you gift wrap and include a special note?
We love to see our candles given as gifts! All candles are gift wrapped with a seasonal accent. Please include your special note upon checkout, and we'll include a hand-written note with your message! 

What is your return/exchange policy?
We're sorry to hear you're not enjoying your selection! Please send us an email at info@nashvillecandlecompany.us. In most cases, we can suggest another candle that may be more suited to your preference and process an exchange.

We do! Our bulk discounts begin on orders of 25+ candles. We do offer free local delivery in Nashville, TN.
